After several years of working as a hostess, I was definitely ready to become a server. However because I lacked experience and knowledge, I found it was rather difficult to get an employer to take a chance on me. So I decided to attend RHI and after 5 weeks of learning all there is to know about serving, I applied for a server job and after interviewing I immediately got the job! I'm so thankful to have attended RHI because now I'm just 5 weeks into my first server job and feel I'm just as efficient and knowledgeable as my peers who have been serving for years.
I completed my training at RHI and I am extremely happy about my results! I have been serving for over 10 years now but the skills that I both refreshed and learned have allowed me greater confidence at work, which translates to bigger tips, and I have even been offered several job opportunities as well. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to advance their career.
This training is a must if you're looking to start or simply go to the next level! I'll be using this training the rest of my life!
